SoundMatch is a free music discovery tool that helps you find songs similar to ones you already enjoy. We provide song recommendations, preview playback, and playlist management features. SoundMatch does not host or distribute music files — all audio previews are provided by Apple's iTunes API.

You agree to use SoundMatch only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

3. Intellectual Property

The SoundMatch name, logo, and original code are the property of SoundMatch. Song metadata, artwork, and audio previews are the property of their respective rights holders and are provided through third-party APIs (Last.fm and Apple iTunes).

You acknowledge that all music content accessible through SoundMatch is owned by third-party rights holders and is subject to their applicable terms and licenses.

4. Third-Party Services

SoundMatch relies on third-party APIs to function. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content provided by these services. Changes or outages in third-party services may affect SoundMatch's functionality.

5. No Account Required

SoundMatch does not require you to create an account. All data (playlists, liked songs, history) is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SoundMatch is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoundMatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
